How PAM uses intelligent automation to onboard venues faster
Venue tech rollouts usually mean months of setup and a lot of extra work for your team. PAM Plan changes that. Send us your floor plans, PDFs or sketches and we turn them into interactive maps, wayfinding playbooks and event-day scenes that fit your guests and your events.

Most venue teams have been through a painful tech rollout at some point. Setup drags on for months, people get pulled away from their real jobs to feed data into a new system, and by the time it goes live everyone is already tired of it. Wayfinding tends to suffer the most from this. It gets left until late in the planning, and fans are the ones who pay for it. They queue at the wrong gate, lose track of their kids between levels, or miss the start of the thing they bought tickets to see. We built our onboarding so that none of that falls on you.
Meet PAM Plan
PAM Plan is the tool we use to onboard every new venue. It takes the information you already have and turns it into a working wayfinding experience. You send us your files, and we use a mix of automation and hands-on mapping to do the heavy lifting. Then you review it, sign off, and go live.
Send us what you've got
Your data doesn't need to be clean, and you don't need a GIS team to prepare it. It doesn't even need to be in one format. We regularly work from CAD files, PDFs, site maps, photos, hand-drawn sketches and old event guides. You upload whatever you have to one shared space, and your PAM onboarding lead takes it from there.
We build your floor plans
From those files we create accurate, interactive floor plans. That includes multi-level stadiums, big outdoor precincts, and the temporary structures that only exist for one weekend a year. Automated tools take care of the repetitive work, which frees our team to focus on the details that make a map useful on the day. The result is a map that's accurate and doesn't take months to arrive.
Playbooks and scenes
A good map only gets you part of the way. What matters more is how people actually move through your venue. That's the job of a wayfinding playbook. It's the strategy for your venue, covering how guests arrive, how they get around, and how they leave. Scenes are how that strategy plays out across the day. You might have one for gates opening, another for halftime, one for the final whistle and one for VIP arrivals. Each is set up in advance, so you can switch between them as the event unfolds. Once they're built, you can reuse them for every event that follows.
Journeys built around real people
This is the part of PAM Plan we're proudest of. We go through everything you've shared and turn it into a wayfinding strategy document that reflects the people who actually come through your gates. A first-time visitor needs more guidance than a season member. A family with a pram needs step-free routes. VIPs want a smooth path from the car park to their suite, and staff and media need their own ways in and out. Event type matters just as much. A concert, a grand final, a marathon and a corporate day all move crowds in different ways, so your wayfinding should change with them. When it does, every guest gets an easy journey, whoever they are.
More ways we make it easy
The map is only one part of onboarding. We also build accessibility in from the start, so step-free routes, accessible amenities and quiet spaces are there from day one. When you add pop-up bars, fan zones or activations for a particular event, they go on as an overlay without anyone rebuilding the map. Sponsors can be placed naturally within the fan journey, which gives your partners real visibility. PAM can also sit inside your existing app, website or ticketing flow. We run short training sessions with built in training modules in PAMOS so your team can update content themselves, and we test routes before gates open. After the event you get data on where people went and where they slowed down, which helps the next one run better. Because playbooks and scenes carry over, your second year with us is quicker than the first.
Trusted at major events
PAM's technology is used at some of the biggest events in the world, including the PGA Tour, the Australian Open, Formula 1 and the Sydney Marathon.

Where we're heading
We're investing in AI that will take wayfinding further. We build SmartMaps that respond to crowd flow in real time, routes that update the moment a gate closes, and a digital concierge that can answer fan questions on the spot. Longer term, that means agentic AI that helps manage the journey as well as showing it.
Getting started
You don't need a mapping team or a long project plan, and you don't need to learn new software before you see results. Send us what you have and we'll take it from there.
