Company
And where they’re headed next. PAM stands for People And Movement — not only our name, but why we exist. People are drawn to great places. Great places deserve to be found. PAM connects the two.
Why we exist
More apps. More passwords. More tabs. More friction between people and what they came for. We accepted it for the reward on the other side. But we kept asking: if technology is smart, why does the journey feel hard?
The data was there. It just wasn’t connected. Locked in silos, guarded by systems that didn’t speak. So we changed the approach. We brought data, people and places into sync — and built the platform technology always should have: one that removes friction and connects people to what matters. Friction becomes flow. Visitors become fans.
We started in Sydney and followed the world’s biggest moments — the Australian Open, Hard Rock Stadium, the PGA TOUR, NASCAR and the Las Vegas Grand Prix — building a platform trusted at the scale where nothing can go wrong. PAM takes you there.
What we believe
Experts at doing what has never been done before — we lead the world in intelligent navigation, and ship it at venue scale.
We solve new problems on repeat, building deep expertise through hands-on learning — whatever the place demands.
Authentic and autonomous, we find the answers in uncertain spaces — where others wait for certainty.

Life at PAM
Most software ships to a backlog. Ours ships to a calendar the whole world watches — the AO in January, the TOUR every week, race weekends that sell out cities. That changes how a team works, and who it suits.
There is no "next sprint" when the gates open Thursday. We scope hard, ship clean, and stand in the concourse watching thousands of people use what we built that morning. Few jobs give you that feedback loop. Fewer give it weekly.
At the Australian Open, 1.1 million fans walk the precinct on a map our team drew. When your family asks what you do, you point at the World Cup.
No ticket-takers here. You get the venue, the deadline and the trust to own the outcome — engineer, designer, map-maker or operator. Autonomy isn’t a perk at PAM; it’s the operating model.
Sydney builds while LA sleeps; Miami picks it up at sunrise. Three offices, one platform, and a calendar that moves with the world’s events. The sun never sets on a PAM map.
PAM was born on a wayfinding kiosk wall at UTS. The company got bigger; the craft stayed the same — make the complex feel obvious, and never make a visitor feel lost. That bar applies to our own tools too.
Careers
Engineers, designers, map-makers and operators who like their work measured in millions of people moved. We hire ahead of the calendar, not behind it — introduce yourself, and when the right seat opens, you’re already in the room.
